The Volckening Collection of American Quilts
The Volckening Collection is a private collection of 19th and 20th century American quilts located in Portland, Oregon. The collection contains approximately 75 objects dating from the early 19th century to late 20th century. The diverse collection is noteworthy for its focus on the pattern known as Rocky Mountain Road, Crown of Thorns and New York Beauty.
